Claude & Camille Apartment
Our very special apartment makes this a perfect space for
those with younger children or for those requiring two adjoining rooms. Comprising a charming bedroom with king-size bed, walnut armoire and two occasional chairs, a small landing with a toilet to the left and a bathroom (bath with shower attachment/twin wash-hand basins) to the right leads into the sitting/second bedroom. This second room has a large antique single bed set into a deep alcove and a sofa bed, a small table and 4 dining chairs. In addition there is a new small fully equipped kitchen. Views from these rooms are over the village of Biron and up towards the Chateau.
Steeped in a rich tapestry of love, war and history, Biron is a magical place and we are sure that you will be so enchanted that you will leave us with the most treasured memories and always remember your stay with us.
FOOD
By prior arrangement we can organise dinner for the night of your arrival.
In addition to our own home cooked meals, for parties of six or more, we are able to offer our guests a magnificent five-course dinner cooked by our chef and served in the candle-lit dining room.
Should you have any food allergies or special dietery requirements our chef will be able to adjust our menus accordingly.
There is a good Auberge just a few steps away in the village of Biron and we are surrounded by a host of wonderful restaurants just a short drive away. We are of course happy to advise you on the local restaurants and book tables if you wish.
THINGS TO DO
Two day cookery courses at a nearby farm to learn how to make local delicacies such as du confit and foie gras de canard.
