The Apartment is also available to rent weekly as a self-contained unit with its own entrance, for those who prefer self-catering. The price per week is €750 for two people, €950 for three or four people.
Rent all of Le Prieuré from €5040 per week for exclusive use of the house for ten people using 5 bedrooms.
All self catering prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday, arriving after 4pm and leaving at 11am.
A deposit of 30% is required when booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
A damage deposit of €500 is due with balance 8 weeks before arrival. This will be returned within 30 days after departure if property is left in good order
Prices for Bed and Breakfast accommodation are for two sharing a room; extra person is €30 per night. Breakfast is included.
There is a supplement of €30 for single night bookings
Dining at Le Prieuré
Delicious home-cooked meals are available by prior arrangement -
€35pp including local wine.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside Le Prieuré au Chateau de Biron for the health and safety of our guests, and for the preservation of this beautiful historical building.
Payment
We require a 20% deposit to confirm a reservation. This can be done by personal cheque in euros or British Pound Sterling.
Upon leaving we accept euros in cash, traveller's cheques in euros or euro cheques drawn on a French bank. We also accept cheques in British pounds sterling with a cheque guarantee card.
